Relationship Crisis
alone.
You are not
Sometimes you just feel like giving up. We’ve been there, too.
In those moments, it becomes even more important to know that you are not alone. There are others who have weathered the same storms and are willing and ready to fight with you for your marriage, even if you feel you don’t have the strength to fight for it yourselves.
When you find yourself in a crisis, the verses of Jeremiah 29:11-13 ring truer than ever:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me.”
Early in our marriage, our commitment was tested to the core. We had to decide if staying together was worth the work. Now, on the other side, we can say confidently that it is worth it.
On the other side of struggle is the most beautiful example of God’s faithfulness. We could not do it on our own – it took the Lord and another couple willing to give of their time and energy to walk side by side with us to make it to the other side.
As a result of what God did in our marriage, we find it a blessing to now be able to work with couples who find themselves in crisis. We have found that nothing is too big or too ugly to overcome when we allow the Lord to do a work in our hearts as individuals and then as a couple.
When you are in this place, it feels “easier” to give up, but we have seen God restore even the most broken of marriages and He can transform yours, too.
Don’t walk through this difficulty alone – we are ready to go to battle with you.
